We are committed to ensuring your collection arrives in pristine condition and will work quickly to resolve any delivery issues.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, carefully examine your package for any signs of leakage, breakage, or incorrect labeling before opening the seal.
- 2.Document the Issue
If you discover a defect, take clear photographs of the bottle, the packaging, and the shipping label to assist with our quality control review.
- 3.Contact Our Curators
Email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the documentation of the damage to initiate a claim.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once your claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label for the defective item and issue a full refund or ship a replacement bottle immediately.
